5. Repeat Infringer Policy

ApnaTube enforces strict action against repeated copyright violations.

Important: If you receive 3 copyright strikes, your video uploading system will be disabled and all monetized videos will have monetization turned off for 10 days. If you receive 2 more copyright notices during this period, your channel will be permanently deleted.

6. Fair Use & Licensed Material

Limited use of content for commentary, criticism, or education may qualify as fair use. Keep licenses or permissions ready when required.

7. Monetization & Partner Content

• Monetization may be removed for unauthorized copyrighted uploads.
• Legal action may be taken by rights holders.
• Accounts may be terminated.

8. Automated Copyright Detection

We use automated systems to detect copyrighted content. You may dispute any incorrect flags.

9. Legal Consequences

Unauthorized uploads may result in civil/criminal penalties under Indian law.
