यह प्राचीन पांडवेश्वर मंदिर महाराष्ट्र में पुरंदर तालुका में मोरगाव या जेजुरी से केवल १२ किलोमिटर पर है |
इस ग्राम का नाम ही पाण्डेश्वर है कारण यहाँ पर पांडवों ने उनके पिता पांडू राजा का श्राद्ध किया था |
इस मंदिर की निर्मिति १० या ११ वी शताब्दी में किया गया है | इस में मुख्य पाण्डेश्वर मंदिर के अलावा कुंती माता मंदिर, पांडव मंदिर, गणेश गया मंदिर, नंदी मंडप, तटबंदी तथा निरीक्षण स्तंभ देखने को मिलता है |
